Trip to Mt Rushmore (Next Live video 6pm CST, 12 AM GMT )

Hi all,

I am test driving mobile social networking technologies during my road trip to Mt Rushmore. I will be using my Nokia n95 extensively - actually as the only device except a little laptop use. Here are the things that you can look forward to.

1> Track me: I am using an application on my phone called GPSed. It will use my N95 internal GPS and upload my location every 3-30 minutes starting at 5pm CST Friday May 23rd. http://gpsed.com/whereis/rohitdar
Not working as of now. Application not catching GPS.

2> See the picture: I will be uploading the pictures directly from my phone to facebook. If you are in my facebook contacts, you can check the pictures directly from there. For others not on facebook, I will post the link soon.

3> See what I see: I am using an application called Bambuser to do live video streaming from my phone. When I am streaming, you can even send me IM requests of what you want to see. I will have at least 3-4 streaming during this long weekend including one at Mt Rushmore. The link is http://alpha.bambuser.com/channel/rohitdar

4> Chat with me: I will login to GTalk (rohit.dar), MSN(rohitdar) & Yahoo Messenger (rohitdar) simultaneously using an application called Fring. I will online as long as my phone battery is there:)

There is a caveat. This is my first try at something like this so there will be some roadblocks, but I will keep everyone posted using facebook status and this blog.
